Tuition & Enrollment
The full term at Denver Academy of Ballet is similar to your child’s school year – September through May. When you enroll for class(es), you are enrolling your child for entire school year, divided into three sessions (trimesters). Tuition is due at the beginning of each trimester.

Tuition: Tuition is charged by the class on a trimester (12-week) basis. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) see below. A non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 is required yearly at the time of registration. A registration fee is not added for adult classes/punch cards. Tuition should be paid on time for each trimester. A $25.00 late fee is charged if paid after the due dates. Students may take class only if tuition is current. There are no tuition refunds, and a $25 fee for insufficient funds checks.
Sibling Discount: 15% sibling discount off the lesser tuition amount applies to the second, third, etc. child enrolling for classes.
Monthly Tuition: General tuition is due in 12-week increments. Monthly payment can be set up for an addition fee.
Make-Up Policy: Make-up classes are permitted within the trimester only. No credit is made toward tuition for classes missed.
Class Withdrawal: Thirty (30) day notice MUST BE GIVEN by completing a withdrawal form available at the front desk. No refunds will be given for classes dropped during the 12-week trimester, even if paid monthly.
Adult Class Cards: Class cards are available for purchase only for the Teen/Adult Tuesday and Thursday Beginning & Intermediate Classes and must be purchased in Studio. There is no registration fee charged with the Class cards.

Online Payment: All payments may be made through your account online with Visa or Mastercard. Office payments may be made in cash, check or credit card. All single classes or class punch cards must be paid for at the studio. All monthly payments must be set up on automatic payment via credit card.
